History

Our firm's name was inspired by two of Singapore's early pioneers, William George STIRLING and George Drumgoole COLEMAN. They epitomize two cornerstone qualities essential for corporate finance advisory: creativity in problem solving and precise & diligent in executing transaction.

William George STIRLING was the Assistant Protectorate of the Chinese in Singapore from 1921 to 1931. Stirling's passion for art and rich collections of Chinese heritage in Singapore has enabled the preservation of the fascinating and shrouded history of 19th-century Singapore.

George Drumgoole COLEMAN was the first Superintendent of Public Works of Singapore in the late 1820s. He was responsible for developing the civil infrastructure of Singapore. Apart from developing the layout of Singapore, he also designed many of the settlement's finest buildings, including St Andrew Cathedral and the Armenian Church.
